Screenbie Live General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and acceptance of terms

By booking a tour directly managed by Screenbie, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions. Completing a reservation implies full acceptance of the conditions described below.

2. Booking and confirmation

  1. Bookings are confirmed via email.
  2. Screenbie is responsible for the proper provision of the tour and guarantees the accuracy of the information provided to the user.

3. Prices and payment

  1. Prices are shown in the indicated currency and may include applicable taxes.
  2. Payments must be made using the payment methods available on the platform, ensuring transaction security.
  3. The price confirmed at the time of booking is final.

4. Cancellation policy

  1. The applicable cancellation policy is detailed on the product page or in the booking confirmation email.
  2. Each service’s cancellation conditions are indicated on the product page and in the booking confirmation email.
  3. If the minimum number of participants required for an activity is not reached, Screenbie will offer alternative options, such as changing the date, joining another group or paying the price difference.
  4. In the event of cancellation by Screenbie, the user will be entitled to a full refund or to reschedule the tour.
  5. In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Screenbie’s control (such as extreme weather, government restrictions, or public health emergencies), Screenbie will inform the user and offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Booking changes

  1. Changes to dates or tours are subject to availability and possible price adjustments.
  2. Any modification will be treated as a new booking and subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

6. Travel insurance

  1. Screenbie holds a valid civil liability insurance policy covering personal injury and material damage caused directly by tours organized by Screenbie, in accordance with the limits established in the policy.
  2. This insurance only covers situations where Screenbie is directly responsible as the tour organizer, in accordance with applicable regulations.
  3. The civil liability insurance does not cover: Negligent or reckless behavior by participants. Accidents occurring outside the normal course of the activity or due to failure to follow the guide’s instructions.
    Illnesses, pre-existing medical conditions or unrelated incidents and illnesses. Medical expenses, cancellations, personal losses, or any other contingencies that should be covered by personal travel insurance.
  4. For this reason, Screenbie strongly recommends that all participants purchase suitable personal travel insurance, especially for active or outdoor tours  covering medical assistance, accidents, cancellations, and other unforeseen expenses.
  5. Travel insurance is not included in the tour price. Purchasing adequate insurance is the sole responsibility of the user, who must ensure that coverage is adequate for the booked activity.
  6. Screenbie does not act as an insurer or insurance intermediary and assumes no liability for incidents
    that could have been covered by travel insurance that was not taken out or that provides insufficient coverage.

7. User responsibilities

  1. Provide accurate and complete booking information.
  2. Arrive on time and comply with tour requirements and regulations.
  3. Follow safety instructions and behave respectfully during the activity.

8. Liability

  1. Screenbie’s liability is limited to direct damages arising from the execution of the service.
  2. Screenbie is not liable for any events resulting from force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.

9. Complaints and claims

  1. Any complaints must be submitted by email or via the contact form on the website.
  2. Screenbie commits to responding within a maximum of 15 business days.

10. Intellectual property

  1.  All Screenbie content, trademarks and logos are protected by intellectual property laws.
  2. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

11. Data protection

  1. User data is used exclusively for tour management and related communications.
  2. Screenbie complies with all applicable data protection and privacy regulations

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid.
