General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope and acceptance of terms
By booking a tour directly managed by Screenbie, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions. Completing a reservation implies full acceptance of the conditions described below.
2. Contracting of services
- Screenbie acts solely as a recommendation and/or affiliate platform, promoting tours and activities offered by third-party providers, including Viator, GetYourGuide, as well as any other providers with whom Screenbie maintains an affiliate relationship.
- The actual contracting of services, as well as the management of bookings, payments, cancellations and claims, shall be carried out directly by the suppliers to whom we are affiliated.
- Screenbie does not participate in the execution of the services and shall not be held liable for any incidents, damages, or claims arising from the provision of services by such third-party providers.
3. Prices and payments
- Prices are shown for informational purposes only. The final price and payment shall be processed through the provider to whom we are affiliated.
- Screenbie undertakes to communicate accurate information regarding the services; however, it shall
not be held liable for any changes in prices, availability, or conditions established by the service
provider.
4. Cancellation and refund policy
- The cancellation policy applicable to each service shall be determined in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant provider (Viator, GetYourGuide or other affiliated providers) and shall be communicated to the user at the time of booking.
- Screenbie does not manage cancellations or refunds; these must be processed directly with the service provider in accordance with its applicable procedures and deadlines.
- Any incident, date change or claim must be addressed directly to the provider responsible for managing the booking.
5. Booking changes
- Any booking changes are subject to the availability and terms and conditions of the relevant provider.
- Screenbie may only advise the user or redirect them to the provider, but does not guarantee any changes nor is it able to execute booking modifications.
6. User obligations
- Provide accurate and truthful information at the time of booking through the provider.
- Comply with the requirements, regulations and terms and conditions established by the service provider.
- Refrain from using the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
7. Responsibilities
- Screenbie shall not be responsible for any damages, losses, delays or incidents occurring during the provision of the services, nor for the booking management carried out by the provider.
- Screenbie’s responsibility is strictly limited to the accurate communication of information regarding the services and its role as a recommending intermediary.
8. Intellectual property
- All content, designs, trademarks and logos of Screenbie are the exclusive property of the company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- Unauthorized reproduction or use of such content is prohibited.
9. Data protection
- Screenbie complies with all applicable data protection and privacy regulations.
- User information is used solely for communication and reference purposes related to the services offered; booking and payment data are managed directly by the service provider.
10. Amendments to the terms
Screenbie may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. All modifications will be published on the website and shall apply to any recommendations or services offered subsequently.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid.
Disclaimer: Screenbie functions exclusively as an affiliate referring users to providers such as Viator and GetYourGuide or other providers with whom Screenbie maintains an affiliate relationship. All bookings, payments, cancellations and claims are managed directly by these providers and Screenbie shall not be held responsible for any such transactions or related matters.
