LIVE AN ITALIAN SUMMER IN TRUE ‘CALL ME BY YOUR NAME’ STYLE!

We do know where Elio and Oliver spent the best summer of their lives! It’s in Lombardy, the northern region of Italy whose capital is Milan. But they never set foot in Milan, they stay in those rural landscapes, in small villages with cobblestone streets.

And if you want to explore these places with a guided tour, we recommend this option!

VILLA ALBERGONI: The house from the movie.

Villa Albergoni feels like a character itself and is located in the peaceful village of Moscazzano. This 16th-century villa, with its ancient walls, well-kept gardens, and timeless atmosphere, creates a place where time seems to stand still.

Although Villa Albergoni is a private property and cannot be entered, you can still enjoy its stunning façade and some of its gardens from the outside, allowing fans of the movie to soak up its atmosphere without needing to go inside!

CREMA: The town from the movie.

Many of the village scenes were filmed in Crema, the town where Guadagnino lives and one of the reasons he moved the story from Liguria, the northern Italian coast where it takes place in the original novel.
