Led by a local chef, it’s a fun, hands-on, and fully immersive cooking class that could easily belong in an episode of The Bear (minus Carmy’s kitchen chaos).
Time to get cooking! Fresh pasta is made from scratch: kneading the dough the traditional way and preparing a rich marinara sauce. The chef guides every step from the first stir of the sauce to the final plating.
A vegetarian version of the marinara is also available. It’s an experience to savor the warmth of the kitchen, guided by a chef inside a local distillery!
The experience includes printed recipes so you can take a little piece of Chicago back with you. The class is conducted in English. Yes, chef!
