A day at the Duke of Hastings’ palace!

Castle Howard, known in Bridgerton as Clyvedon Castle, is a one-of-a-kind estate where the Howard family has been welcoming visitors for over 300 years. In this 8-hour experience, you’ll discover a grand palace, a village, a walled town, temples, vast woodlands, rolling hills, valleys, and even a mausoleum.

The journey begins in York, with stunning views of York Minster as you make your way into the Vale of York. Along the route, you’ll pass through the charming villages of Sutton-on-the-Forest and Stillington, both mentioned in William the Conqueror’s Domesday Book, until the impressive York Cathedral comes into view.

Once you’ve passed through the Howardian Hills and the historic village of Bulmer, you’ll reach Castle Howard, where you can enjoy a coffee and explore the estate’s shops!

The visit continues with a private tour of the house and gardens, walking through the very corridors where the Duke of Hastings and Daphne wandered in Bridgerton, and soaking up the elegance and charm of “Clyvedon Castle” as seen in the series!!
